SR. SALTADO

Sr. Saltado is a Peruvian fast-casual concept that gives traditional favorites like lomo saltado and arroz chaufa a
fresh, modern twist, allowing guests to customize each dish and make it their own.

We built the brand from the ground up—from naming, logo, and visual identity to brand guidelines, social media,
and sales strategy.

The idea was simple: take one of Peru’s most iconic dishes and turn it into a contemporary, approachable
experience without losing its roots. The brand needed to feel fresh, friendly, local, and unmistakably Peruvian.

THE WORK

The visual identity was inspired by the food itself. We created a vibrant yet natural color palette based on the
ingredients of lomo saltado and extended it across the brand experience.
Sustainability was also part of the concept, with biodegradable materials used throughout much of the packaging.
The result is a visual system that feels energetic and contemporary while staying connected to the flavors and
personality of Peru.

THE DETAILS

The name Sr. Saltado gives the brand its character. “Sr.” — short for Señor — turns the brand into a personality:
the master of all things saltado.
The logo combines two recognizable elements: the wok, representing freshness and made-to-order cooking, and
the ají amarillo, Peru’s iconic yellow chili pepper.
Together, they create a simple and memorable identity with a distinctly Peruvian soul.

THE RESULT

The final color palette comes straight from the plate.
Orange from the ají amarillo. Purple from the red onion. Green from the cilantro. Red from the tomato.
We transformed the ingredients of lomo saltado into the visual ingredients of the brand—creating an identity that
feels as fresh, vibrant, and full of personality as the food itself.
